VanStock is an independent software product built and operated by Arda Sarp Bulut, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. VanStock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Jobber or Housecall Pro — it is an independent add-on that connects to those platforms through their respective public APIs.
For all questions, legal or otherwise, contact support@getvanstock.com.
The service. VanStock tracks parts inventory per van and posts parts cost to job invoices in your connected Jobber or Housecall Pro account. You are responsible for maintaining your own active subscription to Jobber or Housecall Pro — VanStock is an add-on, not a replacement for either platform.
Your account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the inventory and job data your team enters, and for keeping your login credentials and van PINs confidential within your organization.
Free trial. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup but is not charged until the trial period ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
Subscriptions & billing. Plans renew monthly and billing is handled by Polar.sh, our payment processor and merchant of record. See Billing & Cancellation below for details.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use VanStock to misrepresent inventory or billing data, attempt to disrupt the service, or access data belonging to another business on the platform.
Limitation of liability. VanStock is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep inventory counts and invoice postings accurate, we are not liable for lost profits, missed billing, or business interruption arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where VanStock is operated.
What we collect. Business and contact information you provide, parts and inventory data you enter, usage data (such as login and sync activity), and API credentials for your connected Jobber or Housecall Pro account. Platform API credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to sync your own inventory and job data.
Payment data. We never see or store your card number. All checkout and billing is handled by Polar.sh, acting as merchant of record — they process and store payment details under their own privacy and security practices.
How we use your data. Solely to operate VanStock for your business: syncing inventory, posting costs to invoices, sending low-stock alerts, and providing support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you may request deletion of your business data by contacting support — we'll confirm removal within a reasonable timeframe.
Your requests. Email support@getvanstock.com to access, correct, or delete your data.
Who bills you. Polar.sh is our merchant of record and handles checkout, card storage, applicable sales tax/VAT, and receipts. Your billing statement will show a charge from Polar.sh, not VanStock directly.
Trial-to-paid. Your card is charged automatically when your 14-day trial ends, unless you've canceled before then.
Extra vans. If your fleet exceeds your plan's included van count, extra vans are billed at a flat $5/van/month alongside your base plan. This add-on has no value on its own and requires an active Core, Growth, or Max subscription.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@getvanstock.com, or through the customer portal link in your Polar receipt email once your account is set up. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
We may update these notices as VanStock grows. If we make a material change, we'll notify active customers by email before it takes effect. Continued use of VanStock after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
